Beef Medallions finished with a Brandy Pecan Butter
September's theme is "Around the World with Sauvignon Blanc"
The Featured Wines will be:
Lake Sonoma, Dry Creek Valley (California) Concha Y Toro 'Casillero del Diablo' (Chile) Domaine La Hitaire Hors Saison (France) Matua Valley (New Zealand)
Each wine will be creatively paired to a petite appetizer... This event is not meant to be a dinner but you will not leave hungry either!

October is just around the corner and the Wild Horse Grille is kicking off the season with a fantastic wine dinner featuring two of California's finest wineries. The Long Meadow Ranch Winery prides them self on organic farming and brings more to the table than a great Cabernet! Also featured this month is the Dutton-Goldfield winery, these wonderful selections are sure to compliment our chef's culinary creations! Please RSVP soon as our wine dinner often sell out quickly.
